Serving as the connective tissue between Omada's business and technical teams, with a focus on patient identity at Omada: ensuring a coherent and complete view of the patient as a whole person, the better to support Omada's multi-product platform offering. This includes interoperability within Omada's ecosystem as well as externally, such as EHR data sharing.

Hiring, performance management, guidance and growth, mentorship, capacity planning, roadmap definition, technical vision and decision-making.

Applying the philosophies of Agile and Test-Driven Development (TDD), I designed, built, and deployed software used by both participants in the Omada program as well as their Health Coaches.

I worked to begin the transition away from a Ruby-on-Rails monolith, toward an event-driven, service-oriented architecture. This included reducing tight coupling between existing applications, improving performance, and evolving application architecture to reflect changes in our user base.

I was part of the Platform team, responsible for building and supporting payment systems, event and analytics tracking, transactional and marketing emails, and the customer service portal, amongst others.

I helped drive the migration from a Ruby-on-Rails monolith toward a service- oriented architecture, and served as a leader in RESTful API design. As a team lead, I mentored junior developers and an intern on their career paths, in addition to developing high-level estimates of the time and effort required to design and implement new features.

Full-stack developer on several customer-facing projects and RESTful APIs, with a focus on database integration: schema design, data modeling, and optimizing our applications' and APIs' integration with the data layer.

Full-stack developer on internal tools as well as public- and customer-facing web applications. I introduced and drove the adoption of the Symfony framework for data- and interaction-driven applications. I also served as mentor to the junior member of our team.
